ABC's "Desperate Housewives" leads Golden Globe nominations

ABC's "Desperate Housewives" was the belle of the Golden Globe Awards ball, landing five nominations, including best comedy series. ABC also landed a best drama nomination for "Lost." HBO picked up a nomination for best drama for "Deadwood" and best comedy nomination for "Entourage." HBO's "The Sopranos" earned four nominations, pushing the pay-cable network to the top with 20 nominations. ABC had nine nominations; FX and NBC landed six apiece; and Showtime had four.
