Brands put B2B spin on Twitter's pinned tweets

Dell, General Electric and Intel are among the first companies experimenting with Twitter's pinned tweets feature, which allows brands to attach static content to their brand pages. The brands have used the new capability to attach video reinforcing to their B2B brands, notes Jeffrey L. Cohen. "Each approach gives you something to think about when planning your own B2B [company's] pinned tweet," he writes.
