TI debuts smaller power management chips

Texas Instruments has introduced the LM10504, LM10503 and LM10506, power management ICs designed for use in solid-state drives and other products incorporating flash-memory devices. The chips come in surface-mount device packages measuring 2.8 millimeters by 2.8 mm, according to the chipmaker.
