Brain therapy device from Nexstim wins approval in Europe

Nexstim Oy has earned CE mark approval in Europe to sell its Navigated Brain Therapy System, which is used to treat acute depression or help patients recover after a stroke. The device uses MRI-enabled navigation and works by administering transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy to targeted areas of the brain.
