Mass. approaches STEM education on multiple fronts

Massachusetts is taking steps to increase student participation in science, technology, engineering and math programs and ensure that students receive appropriate post-secondary education and training. Leaders discussed a four-point plan during a recent meeting of the Governor's STEM Advisory Council, including strategies for completing STEM programs and retention of those majors.
