Report: Starcom scores best network time slots for clients

Publicis Groupe's Starcom ranks tops among its media rivals in terms of its ability to purchase premium network TV ad time for its clients, according to an analysis by Billetts America. During the past year, nearly one-third of all the network TV spots Starcom secured for its top clients were placed in the most desirable slots within a commercial pod, this article says.
