Commentary: Obama has 2 good options on CFPB director

Senate Republicans blocked the nomination of Richard Cordray to become the first director of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. David Arkush, director of Public Citizen's Congress Watch division, writes that President Barack Obama has a couple of good options. Obama could use a recess appointment to name Cordray as CFPB director, or he could continue to force the Senate to hold votes on Cordray.
