How U.S. retailers got a taste for sustainable seafood

America's grocers and supermarket operators are getting serious about sustainable seafood, and they are doing so with the help of nonprofits that specialize in certification. In recent months, Target announced that it will sell only sustainable and traceable fish by 2015, and Kroger, Safeway, SuperValu and Wegmans have each launched eco-friendly seafood programs.
