Obama: This time, energy policy will be "different"

President-elect Barack Obama presented his energy team on Monday, noting that his predecessors have made little progress on global warming or dependence on foreign oil and promising to press his policies forward despite the economy. "This time must be different. This will be a leading priority of my presidency and a defining test of our time. We cannot accept complacency, nor accept any more broken promises," Obama said.
