Mobile emerges as a solid shopping platform in Australia

Mobile accounts for a quarter of all holiday-related shopping searches in Australia after climbing 220% from last year, according to Google. Given the rapid rate of mobile adoption by consumers, Aussie businesses should take a few simple steps to make sure they're a viable presence in the space, starting with optimizing their websites for mobile usage, advises Rohit Dadwal, managing director for Mobile Marketing Association Asia Pacific.
