Federal court in Fla. takes up health care overhaul fight

The Obama administration's health care reforms represent such an overreach of federal authority that they should be struck down in their entirety, opponents of the reforms told a federal court Thursday. The law's Medicaid expansion provision is unconstitutional, as is the law's mandate for individual health insurance coverage, they argued. Opponents say they hope the judge will rule the measure unconstitutional and block its implementation.
