When students enjoy what they are doing, they are more likely to learn, writes Elaine Kennedy, head of school at New Morning School in Michigan. In this blog post, she writes about two projects at her own school in which students engage in brain-based learning while having fun. In one project, students select a topic to study over a long period of time and prepare displays to be part of the annual Museum Day, which brings guests to the school and allows students to share what they have learned with others.
