St. Joseph's to subsidize physician EHR costs

The cost of implementing EHRs, along with the software, will be subsidized for 100 physicians affiliated with the St. Joseph Health System in Orange, Calif. The group is testing the program under the Stark Act exemption, with EHR software and applications from Enterprise and Allscripts-Misys Healthcare Solutions.
