Human resources experts say increased scrutiny of employers makes it imperative that managers update their employment policies regarding social media, at-will employment, same-sex marriage and more. Legal changes that take affect in 2013 make it "important that employers take a comprehensive look at what policies need to be revised or added," says attorney Andrew Singer.
