Fla. students to explore STEM careers outside classroom

Some students in two Florida schools will soon be visiting local companies to learn more about careers in aquaponics and multimedia production. The activities are part of an effort by the Consortium of Florida Education Foundations to provide middle- and high-school students more opportunities to learn about careers in science, technology, engineering and math.
