How policymakers can support the use of education technology

Policymakers should work to create guidelines that support the integration of technology in schools, according to "Born in Another Time: Ensuring Educational Technology Meets the Needs of Students Today — And Tomorrow," a recent report from the National Association of State Boards of Education. In this post, blogger Katrina Schwartz provides an excerpt from the report, which among other things calls for the creation of "policies that allocate resources based on data, student needs, and student, parent and stakeholder voices."
