Eco-Energy, NuStar to build ethanol distribution hub in Va.

Eco-Energy has entered into an agreement with NuStar to develop an ethanol storage and distribution facility just outside Dumfries, Va. The facility will be built along a railway operated by CSX and used by trains of Virginia Railway Express. The facility is expected to have a 155,000-barrel storage space and a 400,000-barrel distribution capacity per month.
