New Hampshire town considers variance requests

City zoning officials in Dover, N.H., considered two variance requests last week from local businesses, spurring members of the zoning board to seek a review of regulations that limit electronic signage. "I'm afraid we just set ourselves up to see a lot of [these requests]," said board member Otis Perry.
