Twitter enhances mobile location advertising for marketers

Twitter has enhanced its mobile-advertising platform, giving marketers new ways to reach consumers by location with tempting offers. Half of Twitter users access the app on their mobile phones, making the ads even more valuable to marketers. "This has great promise for marketers trying to reach customers in the moment with highly-relevant offers around products and services they want to promote," said BIA/Kelsey analyst Jed Williams.
