NCTA's Sachs predicts further digital growth in 2005

Subscriptions to digital cable services rose 13% to 25 million in the past year, according to Robert Sachs, president and CEO of the National Cable & Telecommunications Association. High-speed cable modem customers increased 24% to 20 million. "It's been a very strong year for growth in new services, and that's going to continue in '05," Sachs said.
