PBF Energy unveils $1B expansion project for Del. refinery

PBF Energy's "Clean Fuels" project for its Delaware City, Del., refinery secured conditional approval from the company's directors. The $1 billion project would generate more jobs and boost the facility's ultralow-sulfur fuels production. "The PBF Clean Fuels Project will ensure the long-term survivability of the Delaware City and Paulsboro Refineries in good markets and bad," said Thomas O'Malley, chairman of PBF, in a statement.
