Use of Smart TV features lags behind device proliferation

Fewer than half of the 25 million U.S. homes outfitted with Smart TV devices are using the devices to their full Internet-connected capacity, according to an NPD Group survey. That ratio has held since the introduction of the devices. "It's a conundrum no one [in the] industry has been able to solve," says a study from One Touch Intelligence.
