Salesforce.com to improve Chatter, analytics access

Salesforce.com is improving Chatter and customer-relationship management functionality in its latest update. Forecasting by fiscal quarter, better management of enterprise social media monitoring and analytics dashboard access via the Touch mobile interface are among the improvements. The company is also adding Dun & Bradstreet information to Data.com.
