Stiffer transparency laws for Colo. HOAs are set to take effect

HOAs in Colorado will have to get homeowners' permission to include their phone numbers and e-mail addresses in neighborhood directories under a law that takes effect next week. But those privacy rules don't apply to board members, who will be required to publish their e-mail addresses and must be prepared to disclose all e-mails relating to HOA matters.
