NBA team prepares to become Hornets with new logo

Michael Jordan, the former NBA superstar and current owner of the Charlotte Bobcats, last week unveiled the new logo the team will use in 2014, when the franchise will be called the Hornets. The previous franchise in Charlotte was called the Hornets before moving to New Orleans in 2002. Switching to the new name and logo is expected to cost as much as $5 million as the team updates signs, uniforms, business cards and more.
