How themes can throw off content marketing

The problem with "themed" content marketing is that the artificial construct often is misaligned with the customer, Ardath Albee writes. Shifting themes can alienate customers -- while overly repetitive content can cause them to tune you out. Shifting the story to focus on what's interesting to the prospect can prevent the theme from becoming ineffective.
