Why it's time to swear off swear words

Cursing in the workplace can sometimes be an asset, writes Anne Kreamer. Sometimes, it can create the image of an alpha personality taking charge, but that usually only works for men. Women who swear tend to be seen as tasteless and morally suspect, Kreamer writes, citing a study. She advises managers and workers to find better words to express strong emotions.
