Shopping for health care services

Retailers and supermarkets are expanding their health-related services in an effort to become one-stop-shopping destinations. Wal-Mart Stores and Target Corp. now offer walk-in clinics at some locations, while Kroger Co. supermarkets offer flu shots and other services, as well as pharmacies.
