NS advises safety along railroad tracks in Va. county

Norfolk Southern is spreading advice on how to be safe along railroad tracks and the risks of trespassing on rail property in Amherst County, Va., noting that "any time is train time," said NS spokesman Robin Chapman. "Freight trains don't keep regular schedules. They can run day and night, anytime. There's no predicting when one's going to come," Chapman added.
