More Web designers are using "responsive Web design" to capture users surfing the Web on mobile devices. Simple CSS coding can make pages responsive to the kind of browser requesting the page and present the page accordingly, notes Virginia DeBolt. Before pursuing responsive design, DeBolt advises marketers to know their audience and whether they are using devices that will benefit from a responsive-design approach, she notes.
