N.Y. woman is accused of illegal buttocks enhancement procedure

A New York woman has been charged with unauthorized practice of medicine, assault and reckless endangerment. A prosecutor says she injected silicone or paraffin into a woman and later used glue to close the resulting wounds. "This is part of a larger problem of people not using good judgment to make sure things are being done in a proper manner by qualified people," said plastic surgeon Norman Godfrey of New York Hospital Queens.
