Even top executives are never too experienced to learn something new, Mary Jo Asmus writes. When leaders act as if they have nothing to learn, they are doing their organizations a great disservice. Instead, she writes, they should talk about their efforts to develop new skills and encourage those around them to do so, too. "Set the example for the rest of the organization by engaging in learning experiences and letting others know what you are learning," Asmus writes.
