Nutrition gets scientific at PepsiCo lab

At PepsiCo's research lab in New Haven, Conn., which opened this year, scientists are studying ways to make the company's snack foods more healthful. The lab is near Yale University, and is offering five-year fellowships to graduate students specializing in nutrition and obesity-related diseases.
