Losing Apple business won't hurt Samsung much, research firm says

The rumored loss of its silicon foundry business for Apple's application processors won't have much of a negative effect on the logic chip operations of Samsung Electronics, according to Digitimes Research. Samsung will wind up making more application processors for its own smartphones, tablet computers and other products as a result, the research firm predicts.
