Patients with HF, diabetes show less evident CRT outcomes

A study in Diabetes Care revealed improvements in left ventricular diastolic dysfunction and long-term outcomes following cardiac resynchronization therapy were less evident in heart failure patients with diabetes, compared with those without diabetes, researchers said.
