Indian fliers adopt premium economy, airlines report

Airlines are reported increasing use of premium economy by passengers on Indian flights. Air France flew 40% more passengers in premium economy than in 2011, with Virgin Atlantic's use increasing by more than 60% on flights from Delhi to London and New York City. British Airways, Turkish Airlines and Cathay Pacific also have premium economy seats on India-bound flights.
