Fast-food restaurants have been slapped with a lawsuit filed by a 56-year-old man from Bronx, N.Y. The suit contends that McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's and KFC are responsible for the plaintiff's health problems. National Restaurant Association chief executive and president Steven Anderson said "the lawsuit is a blatant attempt to capitalize on the recent publicity and news stories on the growing rates of obesity."
