The activity of simply sitting down and eating a meal is becoming rare, and some health experts worry it could be affecting the nation's waistline. In a new survey, about 62% of people reported they are sometimes or often too busy to sit down and eat, and nine out of 10 said they do other things while preparing meals, which may lead to problems with tracking how much food people are really eating.
