The Conference Board yesterday reported U.S. consumer confidence levels were down in November for the fourth straight month, missing analysts expectations for an increase and falling from a revised mark of 92.9 in October to 90.5. Another poll, the ABC News/Money magazine Consumer Comfort Index, showed a five point drop last week following not-so-sunny reports of retailers' Black Friday last week.
