Scientists reporting in the journal Science advise their colleagues and other researchers to conduct the first tests on stem cells for for treating human brain diseases on animals first and even then to proceed with great caution to avoid raising ethical issues. The group of biomedical ethicists advised the greatest caution in conducting experiments that result in chimpanzee brains being composed of human neurons.
