In-store clinics -- increasingly opening up in chain drugstores, such as CVS Corp., and retail stores, such as Wal-Mart Stores -- are working to get patients in and out in about 15 minutes. The clinics can diagnose simple ailments and offer relief to overcrowded physician offices. "We hope to be collaborating with physicians in the community so that when they're really busy, they know they can send patients to us," says a nurse practitioner and MinuteClinic manager.
