As many as 10 million American adults turned to the Internet for health information on a typical day in August, but only 15% of those people said they always checked the source and date of the health information they found online, according to a new Pew Internet survey. Another 10% reported checking the source most of the time, but three-quarters said they check the source sometimes, hardly ever or never.
