Sen. Trent Lott, R-Miss., choked back tears when discussing Hurricane Katrina during a speech Thursday in Biloxi, Miss. "The people of the Gulf Coast, people's strength and resilience, grit and grace... I get a little emotional... I want everybody on the Gulf Coast to know how proud I am of all of you and what we've been through together and a bit more importantly what we're going to do in the future," Lott said. He is suing his insurance carrier over a claim related to wind damage.
