Reports from hotels and the local airport in Cancun are signaling that the No. 1 Caribbean destination for U.S. citizens is back on track after Hurricane Wilma devastated the area's tourism industry in October 2005. Travel agent Margie Hand of All Seasons Travel/American Express in Montgomery, Ala., says the increase is partially due to the popularity of the resort area Riviera Maya, which is south of Cancun.
