NBC Universal next month will debut its worldwide "Green Is Universal" campaign, aimed at fostering environmental awareness among its viewers, online and wireless users and staff. As part of the week-long initiative, NBCU-owned cable networks Bravo, Sci Fi Channel, USA Network and Universal HD will air eco-friendly programming and environmental public service announcements to "communicate the importance of environmental awareness," NBCU President-Chief Operating Officer Jeff Gaspin said.
