Online shoppers are generally unhappy with the level of personalization related to their purchases, according to a new study by MyBuys. Sixty-two percent of the 84% of shoppers who buy online report that product recommendations are not personalized to their taste, the study reveals. "These results are not in conjunction with what people are doing in online retail," said Paul Rosenblum, vice president of marketing at MyBuys. "The survey highlights how important it is to create a personalized experience for consumers."
