Senators John McCain and Barack Obama agree the health care system needs help and believe electronic health records, care that is better coordinated and the ability to re-import drugs are needed. But they disagree on how best to make it happen. Obama wants a national insurance plan, overseen by a National Health Insurance Exchange; McCain wants tax credits for families and insurance coverage available through state-sponsored Guaranteed Access Plans.
