Frank "Skip" Bowman resigned Friday from the NEI leadership post he has held since 2005. "After much deliberation about the right course of leadership for our industry and the Nuclear Energy Institute during this period of dramatic change in Congress and the White House, I am resigning as president and chief executive officer at the Nuclear Energy Institute," Bowman said in a letter. Martin Fertel, executive vice president and chief nuclear officer, was named interim chief.
