Henry Waxman, D-Calif., chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee and a proponent of limiting DTC TV ads, is successful in challenging U.S. Rep. John Dingell, D-Mich., for the chairmanship of the House Energy and Commerce Committee.
