Contest: Hiring in the most unusual places

The best job candidates aren't always hidden in a stack of resumes; sometimes they're standing next to you in line at the grocery store. According to some estimates, 80% of job openings never are advertised and end up being filled by friends, acquaintances or chance encounters.
